This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and expectations related to delivery, handling, and logistics.

2. Items We Ship

We may ship the following items to students or stakeholders:

• Welcome kits or admission packs

• Student ID cards

• Certificates, mark sheets, and transcripts

• Books, study material, or merchandise (if applicable)

• Event materials or convocation documents

Note: Some items may only be available for in-person collection unless otherwise notified.

3. Shipping Timeline

• Standard Processing Time: 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation or item readiness.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after processing.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on the destination location and courier service availability, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days within India.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping may be free or chargeable, depending on the type of item and distance.

• If shipping is chargeable, students will be informed of the charges during the transaction or request process.

• All charges must be cleared in advance before dispatch.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted third-party courier and postal services such as India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, or similar reliable partners. Tracking details (if available) will be shared via registered email or phone number.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the student

• Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

• Delays from courier companies or force majeure conditions (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the recipient.

8. Damage or Loss

If you receive an item that is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item at 📧 iim.payments@iconeducation.co.in.

• Attach photographs and a written description of the issue.

• After internal verification, a replacement may be dispatched if the claim is found valid. All decisions regarding this are subject to approval by the administration.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not support international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to addresses within India unless a special arrangement has been approved in writing by the authorities.
