This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations regarding the withdrawal of admission, fee cancellation, and any refund requests at Idyllic Institute of Management, operated by Icon Education Foundation.
1. General Policy
At Idyllic Institute of Management, all payments made towards admission, tuition fees, registration, or any other institutional charges are considered final. Students and parents are advised to thoroughly review the admission guidelines, fee structure, and eligibility criteria before making any payments.
2. No Automatic Refund or Cancellation
No request for refund or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances unless expressly approved by the higher authorities of Icon Education Foundation. Once a payment is made, it cannot be revoked or reversed without written authorization from the institutional management.
3. Approval-Based Refunds Only
- Any refund or cancellation request must be formally submitted in writing via email to payments@iconeducation.co.in with appropriate reasoning and documentation.
- The request will then be forwarded to the competent authority for evaluation.
- Only upon approval from the higher authorities, a refund may be initiated. The approval process may involve verification, internal review, and management consideration.
- The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any such request based on internal policies and conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following components are strictly non-refundable:
- Registration/Admission Fees
- Examination Fees (if already paid to the affiliating body)
- Processing Fees
- Digital Service Charges
- Convenience Fees charged by third-party payment providers
5. Timeframe for Processing (If Approved)
- If a refund is approved by the competent authority, the same will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made via the same method in which the original payment was received or as deemed appropriate by the institution.
6. Misuse or Misrepresentation
If any student is found to be misrepresenting facts, submitting false documents, or attempting to manipulate the refund process, no refund will be granted and strict disciplinary action may be initiated.
