As per our mission statement, we embody this belief by enhancing employability through skill development, industry collaboration, and experiential learning as success stems from dedicated effort, not just dreams. Institution’s focus is directed towards enhancing employability through workshops, resume building, mock interviews, and networking events in a learner-centric environment. Two major bodies Skill Development Cell (SDC) and Career Development Cell (CDC) continuously engaged in the students employability efforts. Skill Development Cell mentors Student Representative Bodies like student council and various clubs, while the Career Development Cell focuses on internships, project-based learning, and local business partnerships to facilitate job placements and mentorship. For specific career paths, B.Com students have the platform to improve their finance and accounting prospects through ACCA Degree, BA students are preparing for the MPPSC exams, BBA students should consider the CMAT for top management program admissions, and aspiring undergraduates and postgraduates can benefit from the CUET for entry into central universities. By connecting students with industry professionals, Individuals are empowered to navigate their career confidently and make meaningful contribution to the society.

- Life skills Workshop
Institution focuses on life skills’ workshops to empower students for success in every aspect of their lives. Our programs focus on communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence, offering workshops on Public speaking, Conflict resolution, Teamwork and Goal-setting. Mentorship programs connect students with industry leaders for valuable insights and networking. Extracurricular activities promote creativity, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Through tools such as mind mapping, psychometric tests, DMIT, self-management, public relations for building connections, stress management, and the enhancement of critical thinking, students are empowered to thrive in diverse environments.
During the assessment period the institution has organized so many activities like Brain storming, Yoga session ,Role plays, Debates ,Management Games and Idyllic Treasure hunt etc
- Personality Development
Idyllic Institute of Management fosters holistic development, cultivating well-rounded individuals equipped for both personal and professional success. Personality Development is included as a key component in our syllabus, in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020. We provide variety of sessions to enhance self-awareness, confidence, and interpersonal skills, including workshops on communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and SWOT analysis. Our pedagogy blends the Indian Knowledge System with modern education, promoting cultural awareness. Through a 360-degree approach, students engage in academic, cultural, and community activities, such as singing workshops, youth festivals organized by DAVV (Affiliated University) and play directed by contract artists, fostering creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
- Aptitude Development
The Institution is dedicated to foster aptitude development as an integral part of our educational frame work. We offer a variety of programs and resources aimed at enhancing students’ analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Through specialized workshops, aptitude tests, management games, memory games jigsaw puzzle and interactive sessions, we identify and nurture individual strengths, enabling students to excel in their chosen fields. The Idyllic Institute of Management hosts an MSME Incubation Center to support and nurture small business growth and innovation. These efforts ensure that our students are ready to tackle immediate challenges and thrive in a dynamic job market.
Career development cell of Idyllic Institute of Management invites career counselors, Industry Professionals and experts from competitive exams preparatory organisation to provide special classes for Logical Reasoning and aptitude development skills.
- Communication Development
“Communication Skills are the marketing strategy of individual’s personality”
Communication skills are at the forefront of our mission to empower students. Through our hands-on workshops in public speaking and presentation techniques, enabling individuals to refine their verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities. Communication training is integrated into the curriculum with group discussions, peer presentations, and collaborative projects. Prioritizing inclusion for students from rural and outskirts areas involves offering opportunities to refine their skills through cultural events, public speaking engagements, and roles in programs like Kurukshetra and Induction ‘UDAAN’. Additionally, we publish a Quarterly News Letter “Idyllic Times” in which Hindi Section is there to Promote Hindi Bhasha as regional language. Partnering with The Indore Management Association (IMA) and other Industries promote management practices and professional development through workshops, seminars, and networking events.
- Placement Drives
At our institution, Career Development Cell is dedicated to enhance student employability through Placement Drives, providing valuable networking opportunities and immediate job placements. Career Development Cell played an extra ordinary role during Pandemic too and students well placed. These drives connect students with diverse companies PAN India across various sectors such as Byjus, HDFC Bank, Intellipat, Upgrade, Vskills Pvt. Ltd., Intellify Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., Neophyte Consulting Services, Open Wing Foundation, and The Leading Solutions are some of them. The institution also providing Job opportunities out of the campus by involving and inviting students to experience the interview process and other job requirements of job fairs and pooled campus interviews organized by different institution of Indore and to appear in the open campus drives of other institutions too. Prior to each drive, we offer targeted workshops on resume writing, interview skills, work place, Human ethics and professional development to meet out challenges of recruiters. Our councilors and experts focuses on communication and leadership development—two of the most sought-after qualities by today’s employers. Experts takes a hands-on, personalized approach in creating step-by-step career plans tailored to each individual’s potential and current trends in the job market. Faculties with their entrepreneurial background, mentors those aiming for careers in business, start-ups, or leadership roles.
CDC Professionals plays a key role in preparing individuals for real-world challenges, with a special focus on communication, interview techniques, and aptitude skills—critical components of professional success. Advocates and other professionals brings expertise in negotiation skills, guiding individuals on how to effectively communicate value, influence decisions, and navigate high-stakes conversations in their careers.
“दीक्षा” – Mentor-Mentee Program
At Idyllic Institute of Management, Student Counselling is a vital support system designed to guide students through academic, emotional, social, and personal challenges. In today’s fast-paced and demanding environment, students face stress, anxiety, confusion about career paths, or struggles with relationships and self-esteem. Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where students can express themselves and seek guidance.
“दीक्षा” functions as a bridge between students and faculty, where assigned faculty members act as mentors, and students are grouped as mentees under their supervision. Each mentor is assigned a manageable number of students to ensure personalized interaction, effective monitoring, and sustained mentoring outcomes.
The program aims to address various challenges faced by students, including:
- Career-related concerns
- Skill development
- Learning difficulties
- Behavioral and emotional challenges
- Interpersonal communication problems
These efforts have led to noticeable improvements in students’ confidence, academic performance, and career preparedness. While challenges like time constraints and varying student engagement exist, the overall impact has been overwhelmingly positive. With continued focus on mentor training, better coordination, and structured feedback, the mentoring program stands as a strong foundation for nurturing responsible, capable, and future-ready individuals.
A part from “दीक्षा” – Mentor-Mentee Program we have “मार्गदर्षन” The Counselling Centre which deal into the career counselling, individual counselling, Faculty Training Program and psychological issues and Problems related to the room mates in hostel.
