7.3 Quality Assurance System – Idyllic Institute of Management

Idyllic Institute of Management firmly believes in Learner centric atmosphere. As per our mission statement- उद्यमेन हि सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः hard-work pays-off. We continuously work on quality parameters as per the good Governance policy of Institution. The Institution has dynamic Internal Quality Assurance system, catering the quality needs of all stakeholders and effectively channelizing all efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic Academic Excellence.

Objective

The main objective of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution; In addition to that it promotes Quality Enhancement through decentralization, participative management, internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of Best Practices.

With the above objective the Internal Quality Assurance System/ Cell of the Institution significantly contributing to the quality assurance and institutionalizing the quality by Quality Circles. All the stakeholders are a part of the IQAC and regular meeting are conducted for the improvement and takes feedback from the stakeholders for further planning and implementation.

Idyllic Institute of Management awarded as ‘Best Commerce and Management Institute in Central India’ has established its IQAC in the year 2019 with the objective of quality enhancement and the expansion of the Institution. In 2019-20 and 2020-21 yearly plan were made.

To create a world of competent learning and skilled workforce, Idyllic Institute of management involves all the stakeholders for the betterment and the holistic development of the students. We have efficient and effective practice for qualitative participatory management which involves:

(a.) IQAS/IQAC/CIQA is aligned with IDP and involves all relevant stakeholders: Internal Quality Assurance Cell is in tune with the Institutional Structure and IDP involving all the stakeholders which can be shown as per below diagram.

The IQAS/IQAC/CIQA intertwines its activities with various committees of the institution:

All the activities and events are organized as per the academic calendar of the institution is subject to confirmation from IQAC which is thoroughly described in Metric 7.2 (Effective Leadership and decentralization through various committees/ cells/ council. Overall 37 Committees and Cells and 16 Clubs are working under the effective internal quality assurance system of the Institution describing well-defined objectives and involvement of various stakeholders.

IQAC is responsible for successful Execution of all policies of the institution and intertwines in:-

To provide learner centric environment for quality Education using updated technology & participatory Teaching Learning Process.
To provide and develop quantitative Bench Marks for academic and administrative Excellence.
Development of quality Culture for holistic development of students as well as staff.

The IQAS/IQAC/CIQA promotes quality with activities such as orientation programmes on institutional quality, seminars, workshops etc.

Institution organize one week long orientation program “Pallavan” for newly admitted students every year which include orientation of the pedagogy, infrastructure, academic calendar, Skill Development Cell(SDC), Career Development Cell(CDC) and know your campus.

The SDC and CDC are taking care about all the seminars, workshops, guest lectures and other events under able guidance of Principal / HODs / Academic Coordinators.

Institution organizes seminars, workshops such as Recent Trends in Research, Finance, IKS, Innovative Techniques, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Digital Literacy and Gender Equality, Know your Constitution, Women Safety and Rights. Institution has several MOUs with renowned institutions, Government NGOs and Other Industries for the professional, and qualitative excellence of Students.

For National and global exposure we organize HR Summits, Talk show, Career Fair, TEDX Talks, International and National Conferences, Faculty Development Programs(FDP), Orientation and Refresher Programs, Special Administrative Workshop for non-teaching staff, Industry Visits, International and National Tours, Management Development Programs(MDP) and other Advance Technical Certificates.

Practice of Quality Circles

Effective and Efficient governance of Idyllic Institute of Management assures practice of quality circles through various institutional policies meant for different stakeholders and extent the circles to welcome potential members through long-term and operational goals.

The main objective of quality circles is to create qualitative environment among institution’s various department and Services/ Activities. It also emphasizes on networking, research sharing and exchange of ideas via. Integrated operational activities of the institution.
