Idyllic Institute of Management, established in 2012, is an institution known for its academic excellence and ethical values, committed to transforming knowledge into action through hard working. Institution believes to become value driven Institution providing quality innovative education to produce humane professionals. The institution has earned several prestigious accolades, including the “Certificate of Excellence” in 2016, the title of “Best Undergraduate Commerce and Management Institution in Madhya Pradesh,” and the “Best Brand of the Year” at the 2017 Excellence in Indian Education Awards. Idyllic is recognized as a Minority Educational Institute, affiliated with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), a NAAC “A+” Grade University, and is approved by the Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh, and AICTE, New Delhi.

Nature of Governance: The institution has been successfully operating under the aegis of Icon Education Society since 2012. Our society firmly believes in delegating authority to ensure responsibilities are performed effectively following guidelines of affiliating and recognizing bodies preparing five years plan and short term annual plans. From 2024 onwards following the UGC guidelines institution has replaced the five years plan and named as Institutional Development Plan (IDP).

  • The institution has a participatory well aligned decentralized governing structure for achieving institutes vision and mission with policy building bodies and policy implementation bodies.
  • The highest body in the institution governance structure is the governing body and guiding lamp for IQAC, College Development Council and Academic Council.
  • Policy implementation bodies comprehending of The Principal Academic Council, Internal Administrative Committee, Internal Finance and Audit Committee etc.
  • Additionally the implementation bodies include Student Centric Representative Groups mentored by faculty coordinator insuring the excellence of academic events and co-curricular activities in the governance and learning process.
  • For smooth operational procedure and monitoring The Director is responsible to decentralized power to The Principal, HOD’s and various committees for effective and efficient implementation of Academic Planner.

Operationalization through Institutional Development Plan

At our Institution, the successful implementation of the Institutional Development and Internal Quality Assurance Cell Plan (IDP) is ensured through the active involvement of authorities across all levels. Leadership provides strategic direction, aligning objectives with the institute’s mission and vision. Department heads and administrators break down these goals into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities and oversee their execution. We foster a culture of collaboration, promoting synergies between departments and maintaining transparent communication among all stakeholders. Adequate resources are allocated, staff receives continuous training and technological tools are used to track and monitor progress. By regularly checking our performance and gathering feedback, we create a flexible way to make decisions. This helps us adapt to changing situations while staying on track with our long-term goals.
