Idyllic Institute of Management, awarded as Best Undergraduate Commerce and Management Institution in M.P., admits students from diverse background (Linguistics, Economic, Social and Cultural etc.) institution feels proud to accommodate students from 8 states and offers equitable learning atmosphere to meet the diverse needs of students. The Learning levels of these students are evaluated, on the basis of Slow, Advanced and Inquisitive learners by their performances in 12th class/Graduation exam, CUET/CAT Exam/Internal Assessment Test “Abhyas”/ Neuro Linguistic Program (Psychometric test) etc.

Specially Abled Learners – Our Institute is fully equipped for specially abled learners.

The Institute provides following facilities to cater the needs of specially abled students

Provision of extra time in Internal Examinations to maintain competitiveness among the students as per affiliating university guidelines.
Provision of separate room according to comfort level of the student, if required.
The Institution establish common rules for all the classes and make sure that differently abled student should follow these rules and has equal rights like other students.

Slow Learners: – Slow Learners, include those students who can’t keep pace with the classroom teaching. To bring such students at par, we at Idyllic pay special attention to them by adopting the following measures:

Inquisitive Learners: Curiosity is the mother of invention considering this view point Institution provide psychometric test to advance learners and on the behalf of test, inquisitive learners are identified to create the ambience of excellence. These students get one on one mentorship, global certifications and put efforts to make institute as institute of global repute.

Slow Learners after the bridge classes are now shifting towards moderate learners as per the assessment sheet and they will be converted into advanced and inquisitive learners by the end of the session with the efforts of mentors and institution.

Remedial Teaching: Remedial classes are being organized on the basis of first progress report for those students who falls under the category decided as per evaluation process. This teaching provides additional academic support to help students to meet required standards and improve their overall performance. This includes Modules, Additional Classes and Continuous Monitoring.
सेतु – Bridge Courses: The Institution organizes Bridge Course of Various subjects like Accounting, Business Economics, Business Statistics and Taxation. This course is organized for those students who don’t have background in the above said subject at the school level and also for average students. This include introductory modules, orientation programs, pre-semester courses.
Enrichment Courses: Our institution organizes, enrichment classes which is an educational program designed to enhance and broaden students’ knowledge and skills beyond the standard curriculum. Enrichment courses often include workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and research projects, focusing on both academic and practical aspects to prepare students for higher-level challenges and professional success.
उपक्रम – Language Proficiency Courses– The Institute provides language proficiency classes. These classes focus on developing skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, aiming to achieve a high level of fluency and comprehension. To enhance the linguistic abilities of students, we offer language proficiency courses that cover:

Bhartiya Bhashas: Teaching and promoting proficiency in Indian languages such as Hindi.
Business Communication: Focusing on business communication skills in both English and regional languages.
Language Labs: Providing access to language labs equipped with modern learning tools and software.
Cultural Immersion Programs: Organizing cultural community engagement program in nearby industrial area and making labours aware about their rights in their local language.
Teaching and Writing Examinations in Bhartiya Bhashas

To support linguistic diversity and inclusivity, our institute facilitate teaching and examinations in Indian languages. Key initiatives include:

Bilingual Education: Offering courses and materials in both English and Bhartiya Bhasha (Hindi) to accommodate students’ preferences.
Examination Options: Allowing students to write examinations in Hindi (Madhya Pradesh’s local Bhasha) as per norms of Affiliating University, DAVV.
Translation of Syllabus Content: Providing translation of syllabus content of academic materials and examination papers as per norms.
Faculty Training: National Education Policy (NEP) emphasis on teaching and learning in Bhartiya Bhasha, to create empathical environment institution provides training to faculties through various National FDPs and seminars.
