The Idyllic Institute of Management transcends technical knowledge and emphasizing holistic student development. Institution prioritize principle-based education, inclusive practices, and cultural immersion, grounded in timeless values and the Indian knowledge system. The Head, Heart, Hand and Spirit (HHH+S) model with well-structured Academic Planner, Skill Development calendar, Career Development Cell calendar, ongoing faculty development, and active student engagement ensure students are well-prepared to meet modern challenges and contribute positively to the society. The institution has adopted digital infrastructure and created thematic classrooms augmented with modern tools.

The Institution has design unique learning mechanism to provide effective and efficient education to students via various learning and teaching for implementation of Academic Planner.

  • Group Learning and Teaching

  3. A well-structured Student Skills Development Cell ensures active student participation through domain-related and other clubs, where roles such as convener, co-convener and members are assigned. AD-Buzz, Spell BEE competitions and role play like competitions enhance skills and foster responsibility, creativity and learning.
  1. TEDX Talk (The six monthly event), enhance communication skills through clear expression, active learning and respectful dialogue. Students receive valuable feedback from distinguished guests and faculty.
  1. The Case Study method enhances classroom projects and internal assessments. Students are guided by the faculties through effective group teaching and learning.
  2. Institution focuses on practical experiences to prepare students for successful career and entrepreneurship. Some of visited industries are: Tata International, VE Commercial, Pratibha Syntex, Bank of India, Balaji Wafers, Raneka Industries, Katraj Dairy-Pune.

  1. Budget related activity is conducted known by Budget Battle reflects current highlights made in budget & creating meaningful learning experiences.
  2. Institution organizes Pro Kabaddi event to enhance student’s skill and foster team building, while offering a platform for holistic growth.
  3. Idyllic Premier League prestigious yearly inter-college cricket tournament enhance student’s skill by exposing them to diverse team with unique strategies.
  4. The Treasure Hunt activity engages participants in deciphering clues into city, strategically navigate a sequence of challenges, guiding them towards discovering the hidden treasure. The objective behind this activity is to focus and introduce the great heritage and culture of Indore city.
  5. At the commencement of each session, the Institution organizes management games and ice breaking sessions to help students familiarize themselves with the faculty members and the campus.
  6. Activities like Extempore, Debate, and Spell-bee competition provides appropriate challenges that foster continuous skill development and encourage persistent growth in learners.
  • Technology based learning

  7. Idyllic Institute of Management set up its IIC to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in line with MoE’s Innovation Cell and AICTE.
