Idyllic Institute of Management firmly believes in Great Indian Philosophy and taken mission, ‘उद्यमेन हि सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः’ from Hitopdesh which means, It is said that Action springs not from thought, but from a readiness for responsibility. All work is accomplished by hard work, not just by thinking. The actions are a decisive force for implementing any task. The mission is to work diligently to achieve desired work. Action isn’t the idea, its design, implementation and hard work that makes the difference. The Indian Knowledge System flows in every Bhratiya which include Knowledge, Wisdom and Sanatan Practices based on Scientific Process, It includes Philosophy Science, Mathematics, Linguistic, Arts, Social Sciences and Spirituality. Our आराधना भवन, Indian Knowledge System is a great initiative to enlightened Indian ethos, traditions and cultural heritage and inculcate the values and ethics in every students of Institutions to become good human being and significantly contribute as global citizens to make वसुधा happier place. Our आराधना भवन centre of IKS inaugurated by Padma Bhushan Jain Acharya Shri Ratna Sundar Surishwar Ji Maharaj in November 2K19 with objective to focus on Preaching’s and Teachings from Great Indian Culture through the Scriptures and Meditation and Yoga. We are fortunate to have scripture from all religions and working on to create the great ambience which leads to focused and empathical human beings.

Our faculties and students positively adopted the culture and thankful to NEP 2020 which focused on IKS, the most required gesture upon which we were working before the introduction of NEP i.e. from 2K19. Our faculties are associated for the development of curriculum with the Dept. of Higher Education M.P. to develop syllabus including IKS. Being an Institute of ethical excellence, we are working on quality parameters of holistic development of students.

Workshops/ Seminars on IKS: Our IKS centre and cell continuously working for ethical development of students, our Institution organize discourse of Gurus’, Seminars on Indain Knowledge System management lessons from Shree Bhagvad Geeta, personality trades of Shri Krishna, Maryada Purushottam Ram, Chhatrapti Shivaji Maharaj, Mata Jijabai, Adminstation of Devi Ahilya Bai and Rani Laxmi Bai. Our Career Development Cell and Skill Development Cell invites guests, expertise in Indian Knowledge for orientation and development. Our faculties deeply encourage with the IKS and attending workshops and seminars meant for Indian Knowledge System. The Principal of the Institution is also an integral part of the Syllabus Development Committee of Dept. of Higher Education M.P. for inclusion of Indian Knowledge System in syllabus as per NEP 2020
Certificate course on IKS: Our faculties completed refresher course on IKS organized by MMTC (Malviya Mission Teacher Training, DAVV Indore). The Certificate course Vedic Maths, Panchkosh evam Samagra Vikas, Charitra Nirman evam Vyaktitva Vikas, Stress Management by Yog Practices are few examples of certificates provided by the Institution and other bodies.
Components of IKS in Co-curriculum: Being an Affiliated College, we are not having academic flexibility to include any IKS related theory or part in the curriculum, Dept. of Higher Education M.P., implemented NEP in the year 2021 and as per the new curriculum guidelines, we are having 1 paper of foundation, yoga and meditation Personality Development and Environmental Education related to IKS, in which the teaching and learning is totally based upon Indian Knowledge Practices.
Promotion of Student/ Faculty Projects and Researches in IKS: Researches is an integral part of studies in our Institution. Research is promoted through well-developed Research Development Cell which is working on the Research helpful to society and the promotion of good human life. Our students under the able guidance of faculties preparing research paper on Indian life values, Customs, Ethics and the importance of family organization in present era in English as well as Bharatiya Bhasha. Our आराधना भवन, the Centre of IKS disseminate the knowledge as guiding lamp for the preparation of these type of research papers. It also promotes discussions and open forum.
Centre for IKS: Icon Education Society running the three prominent Institutions in Central India, provides excellent physical environment as well as Temple, Large Grounds for Yoga and physical exercises and above all आराधना भवन, The Centre of ‘Indian Knowledge System’ inaugurated by Padma Bhushan Jain Acharya Shri Ratna Sundar Surishwar Ji Maharaj in November 2K19 on the concept of Gyan-Darshan-Charitra which is the foremost requirement of present generation. आराधना भवन played an exemplary role after Covid-19 as stress booster and motivational engine by accommodating students and teachers for meditation and breathing practices. Not only the meditational practices and yoga practices are performed here, it also plays a vital role for transfer of Indian Knowledge through reading of Ramayan, Mahabharat, Bible, preaching from Guru Granth Sahib and other religious books. The Holistic Development Club/ IKS cell promotes celebration of Indian Festivals like Lohri, Makar Sankranti, Onam, Vasant Panchami, Holi, Chaitra Gudi Padva, Guru Poornima, Hariyali Amavasya, Ganesh Utsav, Janmashtami, Navratri, Laxmi Poojan (Dipawali) along with the mythological importance of celebration and causes to celebrate the festival like; Makar Sankranti related to the changes in the position of Sun and the change in eating habits due to change in Environment. The Kite flying competition insists on the attachment with the roots and ambitions to fly high along with the trust on thread as a medium for progress and success. Institution is continuously working on holistic development of students and for that utmost requirement is value and ethics and all these are possible with the inclusion of Indian Knowledge System as our student starts the day with the prayer सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः |
