Idyllic Institute of Management is awarded as Best Commerce and Management Institute of Central India and Top CSR Management Institute of India by CSR is affiliated to Devi Ahilya VishvaVidyalaya (DAVV) NAAC A+ Grade University. As per the Mission statement उद्यमेन हि सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः of the Institution, Idyllic appreciates the hardcore efforts of different stakeholders and firmly believes in the holistic development of the students to convert them humane professionals. Curricular and co-curricular activities are guiding lamp for the 360 degree exposure of the students which requires the alignment in the curriculum framework as per the need of hour in global arena. Idyllic places a strong emphasis on a collaborative approach to curriculum enhancement as per National Education Policy 2020, recognizing that a comprehensive and industry-relevant education requires input from all key stakeholders: students, faculty, alumni and employers. Each group brings unique insights, helping the institution to provide suggestions to DAVV/ Department of Higher Education, M.P. to align its curriculum with evolving industry standards, emerging skills, and the holistic development of students.

As per the Institutional Development Plan and Governance Policy of the Institution which firmly believes in decentralization and promotion of leadership styles amongst different stakeholders and with the suggestion and guidance from industry people, parents, external academician Institution bagging laurels and continuously evolving the pedagogy and forwarding a great learning ambience to the students. The IQAC, Academic Council plays a crucial role regarding feedback mechanism and action their-of.

Being an Affiliated Institution, we don’t have academic autonomy to revise or alter the curriculum, but Institution is having a profound feedback mechanism under the IQAC and guidelines provided by the governing body of the Institution. Institution obtains feedback on the curriculum from the following stakeholders which is properly analyzed and actions taken their-of and comprehensive feedback report is submitted to the University for further inclusion and advancement in curriculum.

Students: The Pulse of the Curriculum

Students are at the heart of the curriculum’s effectiveness, offering critical feedback on the practical relevance, clarity and comprehensiveness of courses. They evaluate how well the curriculum reflects industry trends, the flexibility of course options, and the inclusivity of teaching methods. Students also assess the impact of certification programs, bridge courses, and the skill development cell on their learning and employability. Their insights on the effectiveness of the mentor-mentee system, career guidance, remedial classes and overall curriculum satisfaction are essential for shaping a dynamic learning environment that meets their aspirations and prepares them for future challenges.

The National Education Policy 2020, majorly reflects the areas which are most required areas as per the suggestions from students as they required to prepare themselves as proficient, skill-based, competent and professional product. Not only the students required to become the professional but, the humane professional to serve the society and to contribute in overall national development.

Teachers/ Faculties: The Architects of Knowledge

Faculty members are key contributors to curriculum development and execution at Idyllic Institute of Management. They provide feedback on balancing theory with practical application, the relevance of course content and the support for research and innovation. Faculty evaluate the internal assessment process, the freedom to use ICT-based teaching strategies and the availability of library resources. A registered alumni association contributing significantly to the development of Idyllic Institute of Management. The Alumni network of the Institution is well connected with the faculties which includes Entrepreneurs, Family Business Managers, Businessman, Senior Managers, Advocates, Professionals, Agripreneures and students went for the progression i.e. Higher Education in India and Abroad and other competitive exams like UPSC, PSC, IBPS, SSC and IELTS.

They rate students’ enthusiasm and participation in professional tasks and assess how well the curriculum prepares them for industry roles. Creating a Collaborative and Responsive Curriculum via the Affiliating University

The feedback collected from students, faculty, alumni, and employers is carefully analyzed and integrated into the curriculum review process and certification to be provided at Idyllic Institute of Management, which follows the curriculum prescribed by its affiliating university, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV).
