Idyllic Institute of Management recognizes the contribution of employees and students through various welfare measures and provides benefit to them as an integral part of the Institution. The employees and our students are fortunate being associated with an environment that has the eco-friendly, techno-savvy and the profound infrastructure. The well organized and thematic classrooms, in-door and out-door sports facilities, in house canteen and mess, hostel facilities, gymnasium, different clubs, research and development are the key aspects for 360 degree/ holistic development of the students where they can enjoy the safe environment under the able mentorship and the surveillance of CCTVs by 24 hours Wi-Fi connectivity. The Management of Idyllic created an ambience of skilled workforce through decentralization, providing scholarships/ free-ships/ concession to the needy/ meritorious students and continuously working on the internship, placement and professional ethics.

Employee as back bone of the Institution enjoys the positive work culture with a several welfare policies, festival enjoyment, ESIC, PF benefits, leaves, salary enhancement, promotions, recognition and financial assistance along with the other supportive infrastructure. Being human and creation of humane professionals is the मूल-मंत्र behind the success of the organization and putting the efforts towards this Idyllic Institute of Management empowers its employees and students. It firmly believes in “वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम” and provides an eco-system to grow through mutual help and parallel progress

  1. Subsidized Interest/ Interest free loans or consideration/Concession to Employees Dependents in Admission: As per Staff Welfare Policy of the Institution, financial assistance is provided to the employee in form of advances and concession to employee/ dependents/ relatives in admission. Apart from it financial assistance of 2.5 Lacs is given to the wards of the employees as reimbursement of their school fees under Smt. Nirmala Devi Bam Shiksha/ Swasthya Yojana. We are providing 100% fee concession to the employee if they opt to register in any programme run by the Institution.
  2. Health & Life Insurance Schemes: The Institution adopted the physical and mental well-being practices for employees and students like free medical camps, eye check-up camps, regular BMI and other body check-ups, covid-19 measures like doses of vaccination, precautionary practices like free sanitizers, mask, safety kits is in practice. Society’s Nirmala Devi Bam Shiksha/ Swastha Yojana based on the philanthropic approach provides medical services to the students, staff and others and the amount spent on medical and education under the assessment period is INR 82.65 Lacs.

Support through in-campus infrastructure facilities like in-house crèche, school(s), staff quarters, hospital and other facilities: Being a self-financing Institute, Idyllic is having a well-structured infrastructure and to create more productive workforce, Institution offers ICT enabled thematic classrooms, fully air-conditioned and well equipped faculty cabins, staff room, offices, seminar halls, auditorium and various club related cabins. The Institute also provides crèche facility, subsidized canteen facilities, free transportation and concessional accommodation facility in hostel for the faculties too. For academic and research up gradation financial assistance is provided to the faculties and they have access to resourceful library for research. DELNET, N-LIST, CHECKER-X etc. are helpful to excel their academic growth.
  4. Policy on various types of leave(such as sabbatical , study leave) and academic concessions: The Leave Policy of the Institution is beneficial for every employee. The academic staff can avail the leaves and semester break as per the policy. Institution provides hands on manual at the time of orientation to the students which incorporates general disciplinary rules, syllabus, library and hostel rules and information about different clubs, hierarchy and academic planner for the current academic session. All gazette holidays, semester breaks, preparation leaves for the examination and special academic concession is there so they can plan their curriculum and other activities as per academic planner. Academic concession is totally based upon the discretion of the Principal on consequences like any medical emergency or representation of the Institution by any student as per the norms of Affiliating University.
  • Safety audit and resultant maintenance for continuous quality living & ambience

Idyllic Institute of Management is dedicated towards the safety and positive environment for students, employees and other stakeholders. Running three premier Institution under the aegis of ICON EDUCATION SOCIETY itself required caution and attentiveness which is promptly full-filled by the society. Institute is taking preventive measures in work environment and unveil the loop points before they arise. Institution has installed fire-extinguishers through a proper mechanism to avoid any miss-happening and cautiously dealing with the points related to the any hazards. Here is the special mention related to the health of employee and community during the Covid-19 period as whole employees were vaccinated free of cost and taken the safety measures related to the workplace like sanitization of office set-up and other areas, PPE kits distribution, social distancing and the hostels were converted in the Quarantine Centre for the community. Transportation facility were provided to the migrant laborers. Initiative were taken by the management and free medical facility were provided those whoso ever require the immediate help at the moment.

In-campus separate girls and boys hostel and overall campus is under the surveillance of CCTV and 24×7 male and female guards, hostel wardens, two bulldogs and other employees residing in the campus. IQAC and College Development Council continuously observe and taking all safety measures time to time.

An internal audit is in practice and immediate corrective actions are taken by College Development Council as administration is taking care to provide the proper equipment and safety material to the workers at workplace like light fitters, electrician, carpenter, driver, conductor etc. Maintenance officer, transport in-charge, canteen in-charge are very vigilant on their part.

5 grounds/ gardens, atrium, temple, mess, canteen are most happening places in the campus and ensures the quality living and positive ambience. Institution is having prominent house-keeping staff, electricians, fitters, and carpenters for smooth and timely maintenance which reflected on the happy faces of the hostellers, students, employees and visitors. Visitors are bound to enter the basic information with purpose related to their visits in a register at entry gate. No out-siders are allowed without any permission as visitors have to carry ID card provided by the Institution.

The college bus is equipped with an advanced GPS system, ensuring real-time tracking and optimal route management for both safety and convenience. This system helps authorities monitor the bus’s location, ensuring prompt response in case of emergencies. Additionally, the bus is fitted with comprehensive fire safety measures, including fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and smoke detectors, providing a safe environment for all passenger students and faculties. To further enhance security, CCTV cameras are installed inside and outside the bus, allowing continuous surveillance to monitor student behavior and deter any potential threats. Together, these features create a secure and well-managed transport system for students and staff.

  • Scholarship for needy students, free-ships/fee-waivers, medical insurance benefits

Institute is a minority Institute and providing the government categorical scholarship to the eligible students as per government norms of Madhya Pradesh. As per the mission statement of the Institution उद्यमेन हि सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः Institute is ready to help all the hardworking, needy/meritorious students to achieve their academic goals and providing scholarship on the basis of means cum merit. Our Institution Free-ship Cell provides fee-waivers and award scholarships based on the financial circumstances and academic performance. Institution also offers FOC, Higher Education to students who has applied and full-filling the eligibility criteria as per Scholarship Policy of the Institution. Around 265 students got approx. 29 lacs amount as free-ship, fee-waiver/ concession from the Institution and ___ students got the Government Scholarship of INR ____ during the assessment period.

The institution offers financial assistance to employees in the form of advances, admission concessions. It promotes physical and mental well-being practices. It also provides a well-structured infrastructure and Faculty members have access to financial assistance for academic and research development, as well as a resourceful library for research. The institution’s leave policy supports employees, with provisions for academic staff to avail various kinds of leaves. The institution prioritizes safety and a positive environment through CCTV surveillance, 24/7 security, and regular safety audits. In terms of scholarship it offers the same to eligible students as per government norms.

Well-structured research policy motivates faculties and students to undergo the research which is beneficial for community. A well-organized research and publication cell continuously works on research paper writing, National and International conferences, workshops, seminars, Refresher courses, Orientation courses and Faculty Development Programmes as per UGC norms. Institution is having its own quarterly news-letter Idyllic Times. The faculties of the Institutions are also engaged in the publication of books, chapters, patents and qualitative research papers in UGC care or PEER review journals. Institution is planning to introduce its own multi-disciplinary journal.

A well drafted and implemented recruitment and selection policy of the Institution works as guiding path for the qualitative employees and Staff Welfare Policy is like A Cherry on the Cake which includes the appraisal system, employment benefits, awards and rewards and the code of conduct to maintain the qualitative professional environment.

For non-academic staff, bonus and other rewards are there like uniforms, free ration, vaccination and award and letter of appreciation for long-term services. Birthday celebration, festival celebration, picnics, National and International tours and get-together are the fantastic part of day to day operations.
